I thank Japan for its contribution to the PURL initiative. Since the very beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Japan has been helping Ukraine and our people a lot. And we deeply appreciate all the support we have received.

I also thank all partners who continue to contribute to PURL. This year, the program has been supported by Norway, the Netherlands, Canada, Bulgaria, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, and Iceland. Some of the contributions were not publicly disclosed. The total amount of contributions since the beginning of the year has reached around $1.5 billion.
