we believe that country need to be "individual countries", taking still part of advantages (ex. trading), without being part of at all!

So exactly like what is happening now in Switzerland, even if this is not perfect! Missing border control is for example an issue!

This means in some things there should be similar laws (not necessary identical) and for other things more freedom. So having in a country 1 year of prison and in another 99 for the same crime make NO SENSE! but even not that everyone need to implement death sentence, if such country really don't believe in that, even after providing facts! Same like asking ";no death penalty" everywhere or other things ... Some important laws need to be similar (ex. climate change, serious crimes), other not ... Similar doesn't mean identical!
