PS: exactly like +40°C and be soldiers! So this has nothing to do with cold ... since if it's cold you need to wear proper things ... when is warm, you cannot do anything! and you still need to wear warm things ... just think 🧑🚒 ...

In fact Siberia is not so bad between May and September (ø temperature 0°C to 12°C)
