What exactly is torture? Is an assisted suicide torture??!

Is jumping in front of a train or other things NOT A TORTURE??! because of missing laws in our planet, except in few part in 🇨🇦, 🇧🇪, 🇳🇱, 🇨🇭 (but remember, having assisted suicide doesn't mean everyone can get that! if specific conditions are not respected, we don't mean now depression!!!)
