Personne ne doit tuer. Ni un citoyen, ni un gouvernement/pays. Par contre en France on a un gros soucis d’application des peines, et si on le faisait correctement, à mon avis on aurait pas de débat sur la peine de mort.
= No one should kill. Neither a citizen nor a government/country. On the other hand, in France we have a big problem with the application of sentences, and if we did it correctly, in my opinion we would not have a debate on the death penalty.
