Donald Trump is building a tokenized luxury resort in the Maldives.

Donald Trump’s company The Trump Organization together with the Saudi developer Dar Global is launching the world’s first hotel project «Trump International Hotel Maldives», in which the construction stage itself will be tokenized.

Investors will be able to buy digital shares of the project in the form of tokens and get access to profitability at the construction stage.

What they are building:
• 80 villas on the beach and over the water.
• Full branded complex «Trump» with luxury infrastructure.
• Opening at the end of 2028.
