The Spanish ministry of the interior announced they reached an agreement with Moroccan authorities to deport all the migrants which broke into Spanish territory in recent days.
They will not be a part of prime-minister, Pedro Sánchez's regularization scheme.

The current Spanish minister of the interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska Gómez, spent 32 million EURs in 2019 to "upgrade" the border fences surrounding the exclaves of Ceuta and Melilla by removing the barbed wire atop the border wall.
The "upgrades" consisted of making the border fence taller in some areas, placing a couple dozen new CCTV cameras with facial recognition systems and buying new vehicles for the local Civil Guard.
Spain (and the EU's) border protection in Ceuta and Melilla also strongly relies on Morocco's border guards on preventing migrants from assaulting the border fence which Morocco repeatedly fails to do despite hundreds of millions of EURs thrown their way by Brussels and Madrid to do exactly that.
