We are looking for candidates in Georgia with strong English skills (B2 or higher) and basic programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, and programming fundamentals) who want to learn and work in automated marketing.

The position is for a Marketing Campaign Manager based on the Braze platform. This role is more administrative than developer-focused, concentrating on creating and setting up marketing campaigns.


After a Two-Month Training, YOUR RESPONSOBILITIES Will Include:

▪️Creating and Managing Campaigns:
Set up marketing campaigns using email, push notifications, in-app messages, content cards, and SMS to boost engagement, customer retention, and revenue.

▪️User Segmentation:
Use analytics data to segment users and create targeted advertising.

▪️Testing and Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to continually improve campaign performance.

▪️Monitoring and Reporting:
Track campaign KPIs and provide regular reports.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

▪️Minimal Coding Required:
HTML and CSS are used only for customizing messages and creating responsive email templates.

▪️Career Focus:
We are looking for candidates who are interested in learning and working in the marketing field (a transition to traditional software development is not expected).

▪️Communication:
The role requires active communication in English with team members and clients.
