Должность в международной компании с головным офисом в Малайзии. Компания работает в Российской с 1994 года и занимает одну из лидирующих позиций на рынке услуг для нефтяной отрасли.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the financial and business activity of the Company, organize the effective cooperation between departments of the Company for business targets realization.
• Make timely decisions concerning the financial and business activity of the Company within the limits given by the Russian legislation and the Charter of the Company. Delegate separate activities to other employees of the Company.
• Present Company interests in the RussianFederation, sign contracts and agreements within the limits given by the Charter of the Company and carry out other legal actions on behalf of the Company.
• Manage and handle the property of the Company including its monetary assets within the limits given by the Russian legislation and the Charter and Procedures of the Company.
• Make, review and evaluate financial plans for organizational requirements. Submit to the management all accurate financial data information that is supported by evidence as per requirements.
• Identify market conditions and market trends and prepare the Company for future - including improvements to the existing processes, identify and recruit talent with the relevant skill sets and improvements to the existing systems.
• Identify competitive business opportunities. Identify and expand new potential markets of rendering services and sales markets.
• Monitor business environment to keep abreast of changes in market place that impact on the Company. Conduct feasibility study and financial evaluation for its validity. Rank the opportunities of the Company in the RF according to the established parameters to facilitate the decision making on the choice of business to pursue. Evaluate organizational readiness and conduct risk management and business model and present the business proposal to the management.
• Initiate, develop and implement initiatives to improve company’s profitability and growth in response to market and industry trends; competitors’ activities and customers’ needs. Analyze internal reporting data to work out effective and successful business development strategies and tactics.
• Take part and responsible in the recruitment of personnel for the business unit.
• Meet business goals set by the top-management and make efforts and motivate staff to exceed the key goals.
• Uphold and maintain the Company policies and procedures and control that the Company’s employees strictly comply with it.
• Actively promote and ensure that the Company’s employees strictly comply with QHSE legislation of the Russian Federation and internal QHSE procedures of the Company.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree / Diploma etc)
Working Experience:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in oil production company, oilfield service or trading company in oil and gas industry, working experience in foreign company is desirable

Other requirements:
Having high business acumen and financial drive
Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting
Excellent negotiation skills
Proficiency in English language;
Leadership and organizational skills
Goal-oriented, active, responsible, capable to build a team
