Emlpoyer: An autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. The company has offices in the US, EU and Ukraine and is on a mission to increase the defensive capabilities of the Free World.

They have got too many exciting projects and need help to support their clients with solid design solutions. Another goal is to take their portfolio to the next level: no project limitations, no clients’ subjective feedback or endless fixes, freedom to create whatever we think will attract their next dream client.

✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a SMM-Manager with a track record.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present information.
• Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English.
• Proficiency in using LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate content creation, research, and daily workflows.

���� Will be a plus:
• Experience working with military units or volunteer organizations.

⚡️ Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the company’s social media strategy.
• Plan and produce content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook – from concept to publication.
• Prepare briefs for designers and coordinate photo and video production.
• Engage with the community across social platforms: comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Initiate creative collaborations and continuously experiment with new formats and approaches.
• Track performance, analyze results, and prepare reports.
