After last cohort, we rebuilt how voting works — simpler, more transparent, harder to game.

How it works:
– Any signed-in Identity user can clap any launch.
– One clap per user per launch. Click again to un-clap.
– Each clap carries your total reputation score: Developer + TON Builder + TON Contributor + Telegram User + Identity User. The more your profile reflects real ecosystem activity, the more weight your clap has.
– Weekly ranking = sum of supporter scores during the launch week. After Sunday, the rank is frozen; support that arrives later still grows the project's lifetime rating.
– Vote manipulation = reduced rating or exclusion from the weekly ranking.

🎬 AppKit Motion Challenge — $3,000 Prize Pool

Create a short motion video for AppKit and help define the visual style for future TON DevRel content.

📌 What to do:
- Create a 30–60 second motion video showcasing AppKit, TON's developer toolkit.
- Think clean motion design, strong typography, and clear product storytelling.
- Style should match the TON Developer Platform design language.

Quick update.

This week, we delisted two projects from Launches after seeing strong signals of a large volume of manipulated votes.

We reviewed the data carefully and concluded that we cannot trust the final results those projects received. Because of that, both projects have been removed from the cohort.

We will also postpone the launch of the next Launches cohort to one week.

Instead, we will use that time to improve the claps and voting system and make it much harder to abuse. Identity was built around a simple idea: the platform should help surface signals the community can actually trust. If we are not confident in the integrity of the results, we should not move forward as if everything is fine.

To be honest, vote manipulation was one of the last things I expected to see here. But one positive takeaway is that, because Identity has an open API and transparent data, these patterns were relatively easy to detect. We will keep improving these tools so that identifying this kind of behavior becomes even faster and more reliable over time.

We currently expect to launch the second Launches cohort the following week.

A big thank you to the community members who helped surface issues in the voting logic early. Your attention helped us catch problems in time and start fixing them properly. The contributors who helped identify these issues will receive their rewards tomorrow.

Next week we will launch a Bug Bounty program so the community has a clear way to report these issues and help make Identity stronger.

Every Identity user gets a weekly clap budget for Launches

The size of your budget depends on your reputation in the TON ecosystem.

🔵 Established users (3+ months in the ecosystem):

• Platinum reputation — 50 claps/week
• Gold — 40 claps/week
• Silver — 30 claps/week
• Bronze — 20 claps/week

Your tier is based on the highest of your three reputation dimensions: TON Builder, TON Contributor, or TON Developer.

🟢 Newcomers (less than 3 months):

Your budget depends on how many accounts you've linked (GitHub, X, Telegram, verified email):

• 4 linked — 4 claps/week
• 3 linked — 3 claps/week
• 2 linked — 2 claps/week
• 1 or 0 — 1 clap/week

This is done to avoid cheating from new accounts and to value the ratings of contributors.

This is still an early stage. In future, the platform will also analyze activity on Telegram in chats, usage of on-chain protocols, and presence on X and LinkedIn.

From this point, the community decides who stands out.
