User @ferrari accidentally put their username up for auction with a starting bid of 500 $TON

Just 3 minutes later, they realized they had forgotten three zeros and changed the price to 500,000 $TON.

They were lucky that nobody placed a 500 bid, because in that case it would have been impossible to cancel the auction.

What do you think is the real value of a username like this today?

Fragment outage

There are ongoing issues with Fragment.com. For more than 30 minutes bidding is not working, expired auctions are stuck in the “auction will close soon” status.

Users are also reporting delays when purchasing Stars and Premium subscriptions.

Use Marketapp to avoid issues.

The victim of the scam commented on Getgems’ response

Yesterday, the marketplace commented on the incident involving offers made with fake USDT.
They partially accepted responsibility, acknowledging insufficient security restrictions for third-party tokens. However, they also placed part of the blame on users’ inattentiveness.


In turn, @fugui, who lost a number worth $300k, commented on the marketplace’s response:
It’s honestly both laughable and frustrating at the same time.
To be honest, if this had happened to any of us, we probably would have done the exact same thing, because there was no way to anticipate that the USDT on the platform was fake.

User @nine bought non-NFT username @solana for $41k. He planned to mint it via Fragment.

However, the username was banned.
