Alumni Story: Muhammadali Shodmonov
Muhammadali Shodmonov, a graduate of the
ELT program at the Business School of Central Asian University, discovered his path in teaching through a deep interest in language, learning, and the people who inspired him along the way.
At CAU, he not only studied English and teaching methodology, but also developed a student-centered approach focused on communication, confidence, and real engagement in the classroom.
Today, he works as an

Student Achievement | CAU Engineering School
Sobirov Sardorbek, a 2nd-year student and Founder of the Cybersecurity Club at CAU, secured 🥇
1st place at a CTF tournament among
150+ teams.
Competing under the team name
ShadowJuniors, he led his team through complex cybersecurity challenges, demonstrating strong skills in problem-solving, strategy, and real-time decision-making.

About the competition:
Organized by Turan Security and Cyber University, the tournament focused on key areas such as ethical hacking, cryptography, web security, and system vulnerabilities.
The competition included two stages:

Online qualifiers (April 18): 150+ teams, Top 10 advanced
•
Offline finals (April 30): final round under time pressure, where
ShadowJuniors secured 1st place
This achievement highlights the growing strength of CAU students in the field of cybersecurity.

Today, she is a gynecology resident at AKFA Medline, continuing her path in healthcare and gaining hands-on clinical experience.

CAU faculty members continue to contribute to the development of higher education quality in Uzbekistan.
Dean of the CAU School of Dentistry,
Prof. Dr. Niladri Maiti, was invited as
an international expert by the National Quality Assurance Agency for Education under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to participate in the state accreditation process.
On April 29, 2026, the first site visit for state accreditation took place, covering university programs in General Medicine, Engineering, Natural Sciences, and other academic areas.
Prof. Dr. Niladri Maiti was selected as an international expert in the field of Health Sciences due to his extensive academic and professional experience across universities in India, Italy, Morocco, and the Middle East.
At Central Asian University, we are proud to have faculty members whose expertise is recognized at the national level and who contribute to strengthening the quality of higher education in the country.
We thank Prof. Dr. Niladri Maiti for his valuable contribution to the state accreditation process and for representing CAU with excellence.
