Cbonds Global Monthly Newsletter Issue Statistic and League Tables for June 2025

June Highlights:

The amount of new issues slightly decreased in June 2025 for 6% compared to May 2025. However, the amount of new issues on the DM market and the total amount of issues are significantly higher than last year's figures by 32% and 36%, respectively, compared to June 2024. The most significant igrowth is demonstrated by the EM market, which is higher than last year's figure by 53% compared to June 2024. The amount of bonds issued on the Latam market has significantly increased for almost three and a half times compared to May 2025. Also, LatAm emitent, argentinian province Cordoba issued first municipal LatAm Eurobond since 2021.

Only 20 sovereign issuers tapped the global debt market in June 2025, placing 33 Eurobonds for a total of $36.6 bn, which is more than six times the volume of issues in May 2025. Mexico was the most active participant of sovereign debt market with Eurobond for the amount equal to $6.8 bn in two tranches.

Debut issuers raised $28.0 bn on the international bond market in June 2025, which is more than one and a half times the amount of the previous month. Emerging market emitents share is equal to 7% in June. Rocket Companies, Inc., which provides spanning mortgage, real estate, and personal finance services in the United States and Canada., issued largest debut Eurobond of June for $4.0 bn in two tranches.

The amount of new ESG issues placed in June 2025 is equal to $36.1 bn. This month's amount of newly issued ESG bonds is 2% more compared to June 2024, however 17% less compared to previous month. Green bonds represent the largest part of all ESG issues placed in 2025 - 50%.
