Crimes he did:
- 2.5x speed
- killed a kid (still not the wish to kill ...)

Like said previously you would get 6 years in Norway, 5 in France

Well done Italy, you did a great example ...
but this has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUTUBER OR NOT!

Matteo should get:
- (& all young people): NO WAY TO BUY / USE / RENT A SUPER CAR UNTIL 30 YEARS!
- no way to own / buy / use cars in the next 10 years!
- need to redo all exams
- need to redo trial period before getting a new license
- future driving data NEED to be shared to the police
- at least 5 of 10 years in prison
