One thing is sure, we don't trust Russia at all! but in general we don't trust anyone! and you should do the same! Reason why a death penalty NEED to be done with MULTIPLE judges! not just one

and in case other countries need to approve such execution! BUT without mafia! No matter if mafia for those pro death penalty or against death penalty!

Sentences need to be done in NEUTRAL WAY based on proofs, deep / reason / type of the crime, risk of recidivism etc.

Our statement about torture?

- NO TORTURE TO INNOCENTS!

- Little torture to possible criminals, if this can avoid much more torture in future!

- Middle torture in case of serious criminals with 100% proof that don't want to talk at all

- NO GUANTANAMO PLEASE! Extreme torture is not ok at all! Again torture only in part when there are 100% proofs and such dudes don't want to speak ... If there is a risk of another big attack or whatever, better a bit of torture than a new mass disaster. One thing is sure, we don't support this bullshit "no torture at all" if this is a risk of other people!

Again, human rights are in general, BUT we can do exceptions based on the risk of crimes! and Switzerland laws clearly say that too!

So our position still remain:

Human rights people / population / future victims > Human rights of serious criminals and we will never change such mind!

Because we need to change human rights definition once at all! Currently our definition is just a �� that is not respected and give more priority to criminals, while innocent go in prison for every shit!
