The main problem is not Telegram, but simply that 99% of all users use Telegram just for "wrong (illegal) things", contributing to the bad reputation Telegram has worldwide. Just a small amount is able to use it properly.
It's time to open your mind and to stop the "WhatsApp style" usage too.
