🚨 Handala Exposed: I have the names, connections, and photos of key participants.

Following the recent hack of the FBI Director, I have identified 14 direct participants of the Handala group - including hackers, operators, and a coordinator-curator (in addition to Ali Bermoudeh, Morteza Aftabifar, Yahya Hosseini Panjaki, Mousa Bermoudeh).

I have a full dossier on these participants, including real names, connections, and even photos of several of them.

I am ready to provide these materials in full.

But there is a condition.

@FBI, you are required to publicly issue official charges against the key participants of Conti Ransomware and LockBit, the materials for which I already made publicly available many months ago:

- Kurashov
- Bondarenko
- Sergey Khitrov
- Kamensky
- Dementyev (LockBit leader)

The materials were complete and fully documented. During this time, there has not been a single public indictment, a single official statement, or any visible procedural action on these cases.

I demand that you fulfill your direct obligations to American taxpayers, who fund the work of the FBI.

🇬🇧 Dmitry Khoroshev is a developer of the LockBit ransomware encryptor, not the leader of the group.

Dmitry Khoroshev (putinkrab) wrote the LockBit cryptolocker and sold it for $7,500, his original post is shown in the screenshot. Later, he provided support for this locker (he was part of the LockBit gang as a developer/coder).

He did not have the ambition or the capability to be a leader, but he got himself deeply involved in this dirty business. At the same time, he did not receive a share of the profits and had no voice in strategic decisions.

However, evidence indicates that he was connected offline with the LockBit leader, Dementiev. At the very beginning, Khoroshev also posted messages on forums under the name LockBit, but the LockBitSupp account has been used - and continues to be used - by only one person: Evgeniy Dementiev.

In the leaked Conti chats, Stern sends participant derek the Jabber contact grave@jabber[.]hot-chilli[.]eu and asks him to contact TARGET using that Jabber. This indicates that the alias grave does not belong to Stern, but to TARGET.

За Локбитом (Дементьевым) уже начали охотиться на даркнет-форумах. Конечно, у него много врагов, среди которых есть серьезные и безжалостные люди.

Информация о его деаноне пока ещё не получила широкого распространения. Я уверен, если это случится в ближайшее время - LockBit как явление исчезнет. Он не сможет продолжать "работать при слитом деаноне". Если дать ему еще несколько месяцев, то возможно бренд не прекратит своё существование. Пассивно ждать официальных обвинений можно и полгода и год - власти одиннадцати стран не так быстро признают свою ошибку в аттрибуции Хорошева как LockBitSupp, и пока эти бюрократы будут медлить - удачный момент будет упущен.

Я намерен сейчас приложить усилия и сделать так, чтобы информация о разоблачении Дементьева разлетелась максимально широко - СМИ, Твиттер, Телеграм, Даркнет-форумы, Ютуб, да что угодно. Этой новости нужно придать скандальность и вирусность - чтобы об этом больше говорили, спорили, обсуждали, делились.

Лично я не желаю Евгению зла (я желаю ему законного правосудия, хоть это и маловероятно). Но сам бренд LockBit и его бизнес должен быть уничтожен.

Это сообщение пришло от меня - анонимного расследователя, который за полгода растрепал группировку Conti, выложил фото 80 участников, а потом добрался и до LockBit.
