We haven't studied law, but probably such dude should get at least 3 years prison, just for not respecting driving laws!
Fahren in fahrunfähigem Zustand und Missachtung des Verbots, unter Alkoholeinfluss zu fahren would be 3 years ... but this has nothing to do with alcohol ... even if pretty similar.
Plus we need to consider that such video get watched by kid with 12-15 years ... which should make the sentence much longer!
This dude is a GREAT 💩 example for our new generations, if already such dude "is still pretty a kid" ... The first criminal video was released 3 years ago = with 18 years, even when you could think he has much less than 18 ...
No matter what ... SUCH DUDE SHOULD GET SENTENCED NOW! Basta tenere chiusi gli occhi!
