This even for countries with tons of money, where poverty is not the main lifestyle ...

For countries that are "poor" or "get huge amount of such illegal migrants" this is a serious issue!

An issue that cost tons of money for our governments, require a lot of controls and obviously not all can be tracked too, if every country is giving a shit, allowing the traffic of such people.

This has nothing to do with discrimination, because
a) this is not related to a specific country of illegal immigration, no matter if we consider the source or the destination
b) remember that there are human rights, but is not that with such human rights people can do all what they want. There are still laws too!
c) countries are not obligated to accept everyone!
d) Migration is and will be a serious consequence related to climate change
