and again same question: HOW EXACTLY DO YOU GET SUCH STATS??! We never got any "how much cannabis do you use?"! How can you know how much illegal cannabis is available, IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE EXACT NUMBERS OF RAPES - RECIDIVISM / SUICIDE - HOMICIDE REASONS / ETC! and you are not even able to prevent some crimes with warning alerts!
