Someone saying i'm committed to get it right, with "i'm so sorry bla bla bla" and after 5 years he is still doing same errors ...

Sorry, such person deserve just prison!

A normal not rich person would already be in prison for similar crimes / amount of death people ... but obviously rich / famous people / government / and similar mafia never get anything!
