Obviously this crime is less worse for the girl than a violent group of rape, BUT we need to remember that the girl could still have identical suicidal thoughts / depression or whatever, because she has no idea what happened and maybe she could think, that she got raped by 10 people or she got filmed or whatever. So the girl was not present during the rape, but the consequences could be pretty similar.

People did wrong decision and your laws are to soft too. If you just compare some laws, you see exactly the difference and we don't mean that France has laws ...

Again the solution is a step by step sentence based on the amount of crimes
