It was Adresseavisen that wrote on Tuesday that a computer mess means that terrorist accused Anders Behring Breivik - with 77 lives on his conscience - can only be sentenced under the old terror clause with a maximum prison sentence of 21 years, not the new one adopted by the Storting in 2009. At that time, the legislators decided to increase the maximum sentence to 30 years.
