So people get considered as aliens if they share science or facts ...

But even if they talk about tabu topic!

We have no problem to talk about suicide, cannibalism, death sentence, abortion, terrorism, rape, sex, etc. and all similar tabu topics NO ONE IS TALKING! because a) this is still related to missing rights (example Euthanasia) or rights abuse (Euthanasia for animals!), wrong people behaviours, crimes b) other scientists study such topic too! there are many facts behind that!
